Attend the Essendon Royals Annual General Meeting on 12 November
The club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 12 November 2018 at our Ormond Park Club Rooms. All members of the club are invited to attend. The AGM is a meeting the club must have each year mandated by the club constitution. It is very important for all members and the club and is the time when we report on the club's general financial and social performance. It is also the time when members are open to stand for election onto the committee.
The elected director positions on the committee are as follows: President, Secretary, Treasurer and 2 other committee members. These directorships will be voted on by a show of hands at the AGM.
If you wish to nominate for a committee position this must be done in writing to the Secretary of the club at email@example.com. Nominations for the committee must be sent through to the secretary by 5 November 2018.
Directors of the club must be ordinary members of the club (either a player, coach or guardian of a junior member of the club).
