SEASON 2020 | Open women's training session

Preparations for a new season of women’s football at Essendon Royals get underway tonight with the club’s first open training session for female footballers.

Season 2020 will mark the return of the Royals senior women’s team to State League 1, following last season’s promotion.

Tonight’s session is open to all players looking to be a part of the Royals senior, reserve and under-18 teams next season and will be run by new senior women’s coach Mick Gallo and our inaugural women’s Technical Director, Jess Gallo.

Session Details:

Venue: East Keilor Leisure Centre - Synthetic Pitch

Time: 7.00-8.30pm

Enter via Rachelle Road (Due to construction works on the centre)

Please ensure you are there and ready to commence at 7.00pm.

Please bring boots, shin guards and water.

Training will continue for the next two weeks, as we confirm the exact dates due to pitch availability, and this will be communicated shortly.
