AGM NOTICE | Notice of Essendon Royals Annual General Meeting

Essendon Royals would like to notify all members of its upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The AGM will commence at 7 pm sharp at Ormond Park, Pattison St, Moonee Ponds on Monday, 18 November 2019.

The AGM will offer all members the opportunity to hear from standing president, Richard Di Sauro, and his fellow committee members.

Members are welcome to nominate for the committee, however, must do so by emailing clubadmin@essendonroyals.com.au by 11:59 pm on 10 November 2019.

The Essendon Royals constitution stipulates a minimum of three committee members and a maximum of five.

However, the Royals also have a range of vacancies on the club’s extended subcommittee - which includes our Football and Administrative departments ready to be fulfilled in Season 2020.

Anyone interested in volunteering in a limited capacity is also welcome to get in touch via email outlining your intentions or preferred role at the club.

Only current members may nominate for a position on the committee.

A formal agenda with committee nominations will be distributed to all members on 11 November 2019.

We look forward to welcoming as many members as possible to our AGM on 18 November 2019.
